Who do I schedule follow up appointments with?

Appointments are made with the front desk staff or your physical therapist. You should check in and out with them at each appointment.

Will my insurance cover the cost of my treatment?

Your clothing should allow us to evaluate your area of injury. As for footwear, we suggest closed-toe shoes – sneakers would be perfect. We’d also recommend against anything with a heel.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

You will need to bring a few items with you to your first appointment. These include – your insurance card as well as your driver’s license or photo ID. Also, if you were referred to us by a physician, please remember your prescription.
